Literacy Volunteers of Kent County
A nationally accredited affiliate of ProLiteracy, offers free, confidential one-on-one tutoring to adults seeking to improve literacy skills. LVKC has been helping Kent County residents improve their reading, writing and speaking ability for more than 30 years.
The Coventry Public Library Foundation
The purpose of the Coventry Public Library Foundation, a non-profit 501C3 trust established in 2001, is to help provide funding for an eventual expansion to the present Coventry Public Library building. This expansion will ensure library services that are convenient, appropriate, and accessible for the citizens of Coventry.
Directions:
From points North: Take Route 95 South to Exit 10B West, Route 117. Follow 117 to 1675 Flat River Road, Coventry.
From points South: Take Route 95 North to Exit 10A West, Route 117. Follow 117 to 1675 Flat River Road, Coventry.
Age Divisions:
- 4-13 (Fun Run)
- 4-13
- 14-18
- 19-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70+
Awards:
Top male and female from each division receive $100 cash prize.
2nd and 3rd place will receive engraved medallions.

Event Waiver:
Waiver : I understand the physical activity required for this event is potentially hazardous. I am aware I should not enter this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any direction of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete this race. I assume all risks associated with running this race including, but not limited to; falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather such as high humidity or heat, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all stated risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, in submitting my application for consideration to participate in this event, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the event and all sponsors, their representatives, and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation. I understand such liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named in this waiver. The Rotary Club, any sponsors and their agents/representatives reserve the right to extend and reject any and all entries. I understand all fees are non-refundable.
